What is the meaning of Stand 21?
When Yves Morizot founded the business in 1970, he was looking for a name which resonated with his product range and referenced the company's geographical origin. "Stand" in French, translates as "Pit Box" in a motor racing context and 21 alludes to the 21 departement/region of France, including Dijon where the company is still headquartered today, 55 years later from its launch.
Why should I choose Stand 21?
Thousands of drivers in many diverse disciplines of motorsport have chosen Stand 21 as their supplier for the most technically advanced racewear products since 1970. Can I order my own bespoke race suit, shoes, gloves and teamwear?
Yes, a major proportion of Stand 21 products are ordered with a custom design to reflect a driver's individual requirements. Our experienced design team can swiftly and accurately interpret your design requirements, either via our trackside fitting service which travels around the UK, following a busy track calendar, or we can host a bespoke fitting/design meeting at our Brands Hatch UK showroom. I want to sell your products to my customers...Do you sell through distributors?
Stand 21 UK is a factory direct importer and franchise. We are the only company in the United Kingdom who has the full right to sell ALL Stand 21 products. However, Stand 21 UK reserves the right for select distributors to sell their range of FHR devices if the right partners can be found. Stand 21 is specifically known for its custom sizing and design customization options and therefore is not as easy to stock and sell like some of our volume more universal competitors, but if you feel you can work within these parameters - call us on +44 (0) 1474 661589
Payment and Shipping
We accept all major credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) as forms of payment as well as bank transfer. We ship our products worldwide, but require customers outside the United Kingdom to contact us at contact@stand21.uk beforehand to discuss shipping, customs and duties fees that may apply.
Returns & Refunds
At Stand 21 customer satisfaction is second only to safety. We will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Any and all return/exchange/refund requests MUST be made within 21 days of purchase. In the event of a requested return/exchange/refund, a full in-depth inspection of the product would have to be carried out before return can be authorised to ensure the quality and safety of the product has not been diminished. Returns/exchanges/refunds are NOT available for custom/bespoke racewear. We will always try to work with the customer to ensure all parties concerned are pleased with the conclusion. Stand 21 UK is not responsible for shipping costs or liable for any damage incurred in transit on exchanges/returns, and cannot make any guarantees without prior discussion before order fulfilment.
