Any and all return/exchange/refund requests MUST be made within 21 days of purchase. In the event of a requested return/exchange/refund, a full in-depth inspection of the product would have to be carried out before return can be authorised to ensure the quality and safety of the product has not been diminished. Returns/exchanges/refunds are NOT available for custom/bespoke racewear. We will always try to work with the customer to ensure all parties concerned are pleased with the conclusion. Stand 21 UK is not responsible for shipping costs or liable for any damage incurred in transit on exchanges/returns, and cannot make any guarantees without prior discussion before order fulfilment.
